Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively develop new B2B clients (corporate clients, brands, and organizations)
  • Generate sales opportunities through cold calling, client visits, networking, and online outreach
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable event solutions and concepts
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, quotation, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Work closely with the internal events team to ensure successful event execution
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build business connections

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or events sales
  • Must have experience in independent client acquisition and business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Experience or strong interest in the events industry is preferred
  • Existing corporate client network is an added advantage

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
