Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for residential / commercial interior design projects.
• Meet clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle needs, and budget.
• Conceptualise and propose design ideas, layouts, materials, and colour schemes.
• Prepare space planning, 3D drawings, and presentation materials.
• Prepare quotations, costing, and project proposals.
• Follow up with clients and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Coordinate with project team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is carried through to completion.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in interior design / sales designer role.
• Proficient in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD (or equivalent design software).
• Strong sales-driven mindset with good closing skills.
• Able to handle projects independently from design to handover.
• Experience in preparing quotations and cost estimation is required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
