Responsibilities:
- Responsible to clients' payroll account
- Perform a variety of payroll processing activities including computing wages, bonus, allowances, claims and overtime payments; calculating and recording payroll deductions; processing advanced payments; and processing new hires and terminations
- Ensure timely submission and distribution of payroll and statutory remittance e.g., EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax
- Ensure payroll reports are accurate and disbursed to clients in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with the federal, state and local regulatory reporting requirements and guidelines
- Update and maintain clients' employees’ records in the system e.g., basic salary, positions, transfers, promotions and personal details
Who are we looking for: -
- Knowledge of payroll practices and processes for 1-2 years
- Malaysia payroll statutory regulatory requirement is mandatory
- Knowledge of Human Capital Management System such as Leave Application, Time Management, Claim Application, Workflow Management, ESS/MSS etc. is an advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fact paced environment; has strong multi-tasking skills; and the flexibility to switch from one project to the next quickly
- Ability to understand clients’ payroll issues and to communicate solutions effectively

Pay: RM2,799.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
