Purpose of the role
This role is the throat of the funnel. Kastelon's engine surfaces companies that are actively hiring. The telemarketer turns those signals into real conversations and booked demos at scale by getting the right person on the phone, fast.
What you will do, day to day
- Work the daily lead list provided by Kastelon, ordered by ICP fit and how recent the hiring signal is. 60 dials a day, target 15 live conversations, target 2 meetings booked. Open by referencing the prospect's actual open roles. Never read from a generic script. Send a same day follow up email to every conversation, even the ones that did not book. Hand booked meetings to the Closer with a short note: who, why, what they said, what to watch for on the call. Log every call outcome in the CRM the same day. No exceptions. Join the daily 9am huddle, end of day pipeline review with the Closer.
How success is measured
- Primary: 60 dials a day, measured weekly. Secondary: 8 meetings booked per week, of which 6 attended. Monthly: at least 24 attended meetings handed to the Closer. Quality bar: at least 70 percent of booked meetings are rated useful by the Closer.
Who we are looking for
- One to two years of outbound calling experience, ideally in SaaS, telco, insurance, or financial services. Clear English on the phone. Bahasa or Mandarin or Cantonese a plus. Resilient with rejection. Treats no as data, not a defeat. Cares about the numbers. Knows their own dial count, conversion rate, and weekly tally without being asked. Comfortable with a CRM, prefers structured tools over sticky notes. Diploma or higher, or proven track record in lieu of education.

Who this role is not for
- If you prefer to send emails over making calls, this is not the role. If you cannot account for what you did each hour of the day, this is not the role. If the daily 60 dial target makes you anxious, save us both time.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
