Purpose of the role
Every Kastelon engine meeting, every outbound caller booking, and every field rep introduction lands here. The Closer runs the demo, proves the value, agrees the price, and closes the deal. This role is where the partnership succeeds or fails commercially.
What you will do, day to day
- 12 demos a week, mix of inbound from Kastelon, outbound from the telemarketer, and field originated.• Read the pre demo brief Kastelon prepares before every call. Demo prep is non negotiable.• Run the demo around the buyer's actual roles, not a generic deck.• Send a custom proposal within 24 hours of the demo when there is interest.• Two follow up touches over the next seven days, then move to dormant or close.• Hand each closed customer to Customer Success with a written context note: who they are, what they bought, why, watch outs.• Weekly forecast call. Number is the number. No surprises.
How success is measured
- Primary: 12 demos held per week.• Secondary: 20 percent demo to close rate, rolling 30 days.• Monthly: a clear closed MRR target agreed with Hirix leadership, expected MYR 12,000 to 25,000 a month in steady state.• Quality bar: customers stay past 90 days. Anything earlier triggers commission clawback.
Who we are looking for
- Three to five years of SaaS sales with a closing track record. Has carried a quota and met it.• Comfortable selling to HR, Talent, or COO buyers in mid sized companies.• Strong written follow up. The custom proposal is half the job.• Native level English for international demos, plus a regional language.• Reads buyers fast, knows when to push and when to back off.• Bachelor's degree preferred, but track record beats credentials.
