Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATION SECRETARY

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
  • Organize schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Handle office supply inventory and basic procurement.
  • Support management with administrative tasks and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma (Further education is a plus).
