Job description
1. Office Administration
- Manage and maintain office supplies (pantry & stationery) and place orders when necessary
- Monitor and maintain office assets (company vehicles, computers, and equipment)
- Ensure all office supplies and assets are in good condition and arrange for replacement when required
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance of office equipment and services, including printers, pest control, and water filters
- Proactively ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive for work
- Prepare meeting agendas and record meeting minutes, ensuring proper documentation and updates
2. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Organize and maintain systematic filing for administrative and general documents (softcopy & hardcopy)
- Prepare reports related to office supplies and assets, as well as letters and official documents
- Ensure accurate record management and maintain high standards of data integrity
3. Support
- Provide administrative support to other departments such as Accounts, Human Resources, Technical Team, and Procurement as needed
- Perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time
4. Outdoor Administrative Duties
- Deliver and collect documents to and from designated locations as required
- Ensure timely, safe, and secure handling of all document deliveries
- Handle urgent dispatch tasks as required
- Assist and accompany colleagues during site visits when necessary
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
