JOB SCOPE – SALESMAN ADMIN

• Receive and process sales orders submitted by salesmen.
• Prepare quotations, Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices.
• Update and maintain customer, sales, and order records in the system.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor sales targets and prepare sales performance reports for the sales team.
• Manage and verify salesmen's claims, including petrol, toll, travel, and other allowances.
• Coordinate communication between salesmen, customers, and internal departments.
• Monitor stock availability to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all sales-related records.
• Handle customer inquiries and assist in resolving order-related issues.
• Arrange and coordinate sales team schedules, meetings, and activities.
• Ensure all sales data is accurately entered and updated in accordance with company procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.
• Assist in preparing commission calculations and sales incentive reports.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
