Installation & Commissioning

• Setup: Delivering, assembling, and installing AED cabinets at customer locations.
• Testing: Running calibrations test to ensure the equipment operates safely and meets technical specifications before handing it over.

Customer Service & Support

• User Training: Teaching client staff how to safely operate, clean, and perform basic daily upkeep on the equipment.
• Client Relations: Acting as a trusted advisor and communicating clearly with customers about maintennace needs and estimated timelines.

Administration & Reporting

• Delivery Documentation: Delivery order (DO), commissioning documents.
• Inventory Management: Tracking tools, testing equipment, and maintaining an adequate supply of spare parts in company vehicles.
• Compliance: Adhering strictly to regional safety standards, occupational health policies, and environmental regulations
