Gill Logistics Hiring! Full Time Logistics Operation in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

• Handle daily administrative and operational matters including driver coordination, fleet scheduling, and port documentation
• Manage and coordinate lorry dispatch, trip assignments, and loading schedules across Peninsular Malaysia routes
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and transporters on freight matters, rate quotations, and dispute resolution
• Prepare and process invoices, billing confirmations, and financial documentation
• Draft and manage professional business communications via email and WhatsApp
• Monitor License & Port pass applications & inform office
• Monitor and update fleet telematics data including fuel consumption reports and GPS tracking records
• Assist in workshop and fleet maintenance coordination
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
