Finance Executive-General Ledger

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle full set accounts and monthly financial reporting.

· Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice validation and payment tracking.

· Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions, journal entries, and general ledger updates.

· Handle day-to-day GL transactions including standard and recurring journal entries, accruals, prepayments, reclassifications, and month-end close activities.

· Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of GL postings in line with accounting policies and internal controls.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

· Support audit process by providing required documentation.

· Assist in finance process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in General Ledger (GL) or full set accounting.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP / Pivot Table is an advantage).
• Experience with accounting software (e.g. Quickbook) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
