Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily security operations to maintain a secure environment for data center personnel and assets.
• Oversee access control, surveillance systems, and incident response protocols.
• Lead, train, and evaluate security officers to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and ensure adherence to ISO 27001 security protocols and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations, and provide detailed reports to management.
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor, preferably in a data center or high-security environment.
• Degree / Diploma in any field or equivalent qualification will added advantage
• Strong knowledge of security systems, including Genetec or equivalent software.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions in high-stress situations.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, or equivalent) are a plus.
