Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned field service jobs according to maintenance schedules, ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction.
• Submit complete documentation and service reports promptly to support accurate tracking of man hours and travel hours.
• Conduct testing and equipment failure analysis to improve and stabilize equipment performance, including recommending parts when necessary.
• Maintain service tools, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and service vehicles in compliance with EHS and 5S standards.
• Participate in periodic service and safety training to stay updated on product knowledge and meet statutory requirements.
• Carry out all field activities in accordance with EHS procedures and standards to achieve required safety compliance.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: RM3,100.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
