Primary Focus

• Control production execution, track performance in real time, and drive improvement

Scope of Work

• All production operations, execution control, and performance tracking

Objective

• Ensure production meets plan through execution control and timely issue escalation

Key Responsibilities

- Execute production plan and control daily operations
- Track productivity and performance in real time
- Monitor Supervisor execution against plan
- Identify abnormalities early and escalate with action proposal
- Prepare accurate production data and reports
- Support and follow up improvement actions
- Enforce 5S and workplace organization standards
- Monitor and enforce SOP adherence
- Monitor downtime and coordinate maintenance
