Job Scope:
Human Resource Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, screening, interview coordination, onboarding)
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and overtime
- Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Handle staff claims and reimbursement
- Assist in performance evaluation and confirmation process
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Labour Law and company policies
- Manage staff disciplinary matters when necessary
Administrative Responsibilities
- Handle general office administration and documentation
- Maintain filing system (hardcopy & softcopy)
- Manage office supplies and procurement
- Liaise with external parties (accountant, auditor, bank, government agencies)
- Assist in preparing reports for management
- Support company events, meetings, and internal coordination
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in HR & Admin role
- Familiar with Malaysian employment regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, responsible and able to handle confidential matters
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
