Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director.
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare and coordinate reports, presentations, business correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain proper filing systems, records management, and confidential documentation.
- Liaise professionally with clients, business partners, stakeholders, and internal departments.
- Assist with legal and administrative documentation, including conveyancing and loan-related matters.
- Coordinate office administration activities, meetings, and corporate events.
- Accompany the Managing Director to business meetings, networking events, and other official engagements when required.
- Support Management with special projects and ad hoc assignments.
What We're Looking For
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, or Administrative role.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship or practical experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong sense of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in conveyancing and loan documentation will be an added advantage.
