Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on overhead cranes, hoists, and related lifting equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults, implementing corrective actions.
• Carry out load testing, adjustments, calibrations, and commissioning of crane systems in line with safety requirements.
• Complete service reports, documentation, and customer recommendations accurately and on time.
• Provide technical support and professional advice to customers on equipment condition, safety risks, and service solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, ISO standards, and statutory regulations.
• Support emergency call-outs and breakdown services when required.
• Collaborate with the service team to enhance delivery, technical skills, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain company tools, service vehicles, and equipment in safe working order.
• Demonstrate awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field with at least 3 years of working experience.
• Minimum 1 year of data centre or remote hands/NOC environment experience, with familiarity in data centre operations.
• Strong customer interaction skills, both verbal and written.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Physically fit and able to perform hands-on technical tasks.
• Willingness to work on 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Prior experience in a data centre environment is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,900.00 per month
