We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Intern to join our pharmacy team. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in administrative support within a healthcare and retail pharmacy environment. It is ideal for students who are interested in gaining practical knowledge of pharmacy operations and enhancing their organizational and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate filing systems for documents, invoices, and inventory records.
- Support daily administrative tasks including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer or supplier correspondence.
- Update and manage warehouse records, including stock lists, supplier information, and staff schedules.
- Assist with preparing materials and logistics for internal meetings, training, or pharmacy-related events.
- Help coordinate deliveries and stock arrangements with suppliers or branches.
- Perform other general clerical and support duties as needed by the pharmacy team.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Healthcare Management, or any related field.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of basic inventory systems is a plus.
- Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn about pharmacy operations.
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months internship duration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
