Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders (PO) and requisitions
• Source and compare quotations from suppliers
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, delivery, and order status
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
• Track and follow up on delivery schedules
• Maintain purchasing records, invoices, and documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse and accounts for goods receipt and payment
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies
• Assist in resolving supply or quality issues

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of purchasing / admin experience (fresh graduates may apply)
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic ERP systems
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Working Details (Optional)

• Location: Klang / Selangor
• Working Hours: Mon–Fri (e.g., 9am–6pm)

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
