Position: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and business objectives.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
• Set sales targets, KPIs, and monitor team performance regularly.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching, and training for team members.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to support sales activities.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales standards.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
