Position: Distribution Center Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operations of the Distribution Center (DC), including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to outlets, customers, or business partners.
• Develop and implement warehouse and logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate warehouse, logistics, and inventory teams.
• Plan manpower, resources, and workflow to meet operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse standards.
• Monitor transportation schedules and coordinate with logistics providers.
• Analyze operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage warehouse space utilization and optimize storage capacity.
• Oversee stock receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Control operational costs while maintaining service quality and productivity.
• Prepare and present operational reports, KPIs, and performance analysis to management.
• Coordinate closely with purchasing, sales, retail outlets, and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment, facilities, and systems.
• Lead training and development programs for warehouse personnel.
• Manage emergency situations and resolve operational issues promptly.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
