Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer demand.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
• Prepare material requirements and coordinate with the purchasing department.
• Analyze sales trends and demand forecasts to optimize inventory planning.
• Track production progress and ensure orders are completed on time.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchasing, and sales departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports.
• Monitor stock movement and recommend replenishment plans.
• Identify potential supply chain issues and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure proper allocation of resources to meet production and delivery targets.
• Maintain accurate planning records and system data.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency.
• Follow up on customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and planning standards.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
