CNC Engineer (AUTO-LATHE)

• Prepare operations drawing.
• Set-up work instructions and maintenance procedures for machine & equipment.
• Provide technical, toolings, fixtures support to production.
• Design & develop fixture and tools as required to reduce the cycle time and improve productivity. Summarize and report result in making recommendations for improvements.
• Verify the implementation of maintenance schedule.
• Provide technical guidance to Technicians, Operators.
• Follow up and monitor parts flow to meet the delivery schedule.
• Work with QA department on continuous process improvements.
• Resolve quality issues, interfaces and provide solution to prevent the occurrence of non-conformance parts.
• Preform any other jobs as assigned by Engineering Manager.

SKILLS:

Understand and possess good knowledge of CNC machining parts programs and documentation of tools layout, process flow charts etc.
Work Experience

• 2 Years related experience AND

Education

• Diploma or above in related courses

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
