Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation
• Manage and maintain accurate accounting records and data entry.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Handle and ensure compliance with e-invoicing requirements (LHDN).
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports, management reports, audit schedules and supporting schedules.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Perform monthly stock count and stock report.
• Manage and maintain the company’s fixed asset register: Track purchases, tagging, movement, usage, condition, servicing, and disposal.
• Maintain files and archived documents thoroughly and accurately, based on company policies and accepted accounting practices.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in accounting and finance functions. Experience in handling a full set of accounts will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Familiar with Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations, and LHDN e-Invoicing requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and accounting software; knowledge of AutoCount will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, trustworthy, organized, and committed to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
