Responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation & Cooking

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, portion size, and presentation are consistent.
  • Develop menus and daily specials (for senior chef roles).
  • Monitor food preparation processes and cooking times.

Kitchen Operations

  • Organize and supervise kitchen activities.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Manage food storage, stock rotation, and inventory control.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
