Principles Responsibilities

• Understand inspection criteria and perform inspection on incoming part
• Understand operation process flow and requirement to perform compliance audits.

Scope of duties

• Inspect products at various stages of production process and compile data to ensure quality and reliability of products including incoming QC inspection.
• Use gauges and other devices to verify conformity to standards of product.
• Recording and inspection results data entry in XA system
• Verifying all equipment is calibrated correctly and timely without overdue.
• Operate Incoming Quality Control (IQC) inspection equipment to evaluate raw materials for compliance with established criteria
• Perform monthly monitoring and reporting - ESD/Particle count
• Other ad-hoc task as assigned by superior

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
