Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing technical drawings using AutoCAD, supporting production planning, operating manufacturing machinery, and ensuring products are fabricated according to customer specifications and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Drafting

* Prepare and revise technical drawings using AutoCAD based on customer requirements and engineering specifications.

* Convert sketches, concepts, or customer drawings into production-ready drawings.

* Prepare fabrication drawings, cutting lists, and material requirements.

* Maintain and update drawing records and documentation.

* Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and production personnel on design-related matters.

Production & Machine Operation

* Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

* Set up machines according to production requirements and technical drawings.

* Monitor production processes and ensure products meet specifications.

* Perform basic machine maintenance and report any equipment issues.

* Assist in troubleshooting production and fabrication problems.

Quality Control

* Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards.

* Verify dimensions, measurements, and workmanship before delivery.

* Identify and report non-conforming products and recommend corrective actions.

Material & Inventory Support

* Assist in material planning and procurement requirements.

* Monitor usage of materials and report shortages.

* Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and finished products.

General Duties

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

* Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality procedures.

* Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

* Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Drafting, or a related field.

* Proficient in AutoCAD.

* Basic knowledge of steel fabrication and manufacturing processes is an advantage.

* Able to read and interpret technical drawings.

* Willing to work in both office and workshop environments.

* Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
