Full Time Contract Executive(Electrical-ACMV-M-E) Jobs, salary up to MYR 8,000 in Oneness M&C Pte Ltd Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

Work Location: Singapore

Salary Range: $3500-$5000

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and quotations for M&E works (ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection)
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow
• Assist in contract administration, including reviewing contract terms and identifying risks
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, consultants, and main contractors on cost-related matters
• Track project progress and ensure proper documentation for claims and variations
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project specifications

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in M&E / ACMV / Electrical quantity surveying (preferably with subcontractor)
• Familiar with Singapore construction practices and documentation
• Strong knowledge of tendering, costing, and contract administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quantity take-off
• Able to read and interpret M&E drawings
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
