We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support the senior finance team in maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist to handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Prepare and maintain proper accounting records, documents, and schedules.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
• Prepare management reports, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant authorities when required.
• Assist in preparation of audit schedules and respond to audit queries.
• Perform any other accounting or administrative duties as assigned.
