Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Engagement & Sales Generation: Initiate high-volume outbound calls and targeted emails to prospective corporate clients to introduce ATD Solution's service portfolio, converting cold leads into active sales opportunities.
  • Lead Discovery & Qualification: Identify, profile, and qualify potential B2B customers based on their organizational needs, interest levels, and budget fit to ensure a high-conversion sales pipeline.
  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Establish immediate professional rapport and trust with potential clients, effectively understanding their digital transformation challenges to foster long-term brand loyalty.
  • Appointment Setting: Actively schedule high-value business appointments and consultations for the senior sales and consulting teams to move prospects smoothly through the sales cycle.
  • CRM Data Management & Tracking: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all outbound activities, call logs, customer interactions, and lead statuses using CRM software to ensure structured follow-ups.
  • Feedback Collection & Market Insights: Gather and document valuable customer feedback and industry insights during prospect interactions to help shape future marketing strategies and service enhancements.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics—including daily dials, lead conversions, and appointment quotas—to drive regional organizational growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Open to ambitious Fresh Graduates with a Diploma or Degree, OR candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, inside sales, or customer service.
  • Language Proficiency: Moderate to high proficiency in Business English Communication (both verbal and written) to interact effectively with regional corporate clients.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to articulate business and digital concepts clearly and confidently over the phone.
  • Sales Acumen: Prior experience or a strong natural aptitude for B2B prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building.
  • Persistence & Resilience: High emotional intelligence, a self-motivated drive, and a positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Technical Literacy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic computer proficiency for accurate, efficient data entry and pipeline tracking.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills to balance high-volume outbound calling and emails with timely follow-up actions.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
