We are seeking an organized Gym Operations Executive to manage daily facility operations. You will oversee equipment maintenance, front-desk staff, member satisfaction, and safety compliance. Your goal is to ensure a seamless, premium, and safe fitness environment for our members.Key Responsibilities
- Daily Facility Operations: Oversee cleanliness, opening/closing procedures, and overall gym presentation.
- Equipment Management: Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate prompt repairs for all fitness gear with our tecchnician
- Staff Supervision: Manage scheduling, training, and performance of front-desk and housekeeping teams.
- Member Relations: Handle member inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain high retention rates.
- Inventory Control: Track and restock gym supplies, merchandise, and first-aid kits.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and building regulations.
- Administrative Reporting: Prepare daily logs, incident reports, and monthly operational updates.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in gym, hospitality, or recreation facility operations.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Fresh graduate welcome
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, multitasking, and basic budgeting skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for member interaction.
- Technical: Proficiency with gym management software if have and Microsoft Office.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
