YOUR MISSION: SELL, EXPAND, WIN

This is not a desk job—this is field sales with real impact. You will:

• Be the Deal Closer: Promote and sell F&B products to retail, wholesale, and corporate clients
• Expand the Market: Identify new opportunities and grow the customer base
• Build Relationships: Maintain strong connections with existing clients
• Showcase the Product: Conduct presentations, tastings, and product demos
• Hit the Target: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Stay Ahead: Gather market and competitor insights to sharpen strategies
• Stay Organized: Prepare sales reports and manage client records
• Work as a Team: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and production
• Be Out There: Attend events, exhibitions, and market visits

ARE YOU THE ONE?

• Minimum SPM (Diploma or higher is an advantage)
• Proven sales experience, preferably in F&B or retail
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and independent
• Knowledge of F&B products and market trends is a plus
• Must have own transport and willing to travel

THE REALITY OF THE ROLE

This is a field-based sales role—you’ll be visiting clients, markets, and events regularly.
You may handle product samples, assist in deliveries, and work extended hours when needed to secure deals and satisfy clients.
