Are you a college student eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic e-commerce environment? The Tea Republic is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team, starting July 2026!

Working hours are 10am - 6pm . Monday to Friday.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to dive into the heart of our operations, providing you with valuable experience across Order Management, Office Administration, and Customer Service. You won't just be an extra pair of hands; you'll be an integral part of ensuring our daily operations run smoothly and our customers receive the exceptional service they deserve.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Order Management: Learn the ropes of processing customer orders from start to finish, including:
• Packing gifts and tea orders with precision and care.
• Handling incoming and outgoing documentation and calls related to orders.
• Coordinating and managing shipments of gifts to our valued customers.
• Office Administration: Support the administrative team by:
• Assisting with stock management to ensure sufficient inventory.
• Managing and ordering office supplies & packing materials.
• Contributing to the overall smooth functioning of our office departments.
• Customer Service Exposure: Gain insight into how we provide exceptional service, understanding the backend processes that support customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• A currently enrolled college student seeking practical work experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English – clarity and professionalism are key!
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A team player who enjoys collaborating and working effectively with others.
• Someone with a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for learning.
• Self-motivated, results-focused, and driven to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to neatness and accuracy in all tasks.
• Disciplined and responsible in managing time and tasks.
• A minimum commitment of 3 months
• Malaysian resident or possess a valid Malaysian working permit.
