Job Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily product and user operations for US stock trading products, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion.
  • Analyse user behaviour, trading data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and propose practical product improvements.
  • Work closely with the product team to support feature development and translate user feedback into actionable changes.
  • Plan and execute user campaigns, incentive programmes, and trading activities to enhance participation and transaction volume.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution and evaluate campaign performance for continuous optimisation.
  • Stay updated on US market trends, trading mechanisms, and competitor activities to support business growth and product innovation.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in internet, fintech, trading, or related industries.
  • Solid understanding of US stock market structure, trading hours, order types, and clearing processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Excel or SQL.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with experience working across teams.
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin is an advantage.


Preferred:


  • Experience in product operations or user growth for US stock trading platforms.
  • Personal or professional trading experience in US equities.
  • Background in fintech, brokerage, or online trading platforms.
  • Experience in cross-border or regional projects.
