Compliance Associate

Roles & Duties:

• advising clients on all matters relating to the SFO and its subsidiary legislation, codes, and guidelines;
• preparing SFC license applications (RO, LR, LC, Change of Substantial Shareholders etc.);
• prepare notifications and applications via WINGS;
• perform compliance audits;
• draft policies and procedures;
• prepare and perform training seminars for clients; and
• other ad hoc administrative tasks as may be required.

Requirements:

The Candidate must: -

• law degree;
• fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• willing to take responsibility;
• have strong analytical skill;
• have excellent interpersonal skills;
• have an eye for detail;
• proficient in using MS Office, Excel, WINGS etc.; and
• have a valid HK identity card.

Experience:

• SFC Compliance: 2-5 years

Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
