Responsibilities

· Explore new sales opportunities to expand the company revenue growth

· Assist in new service enquiries, quotation, draft proposal and contract preparation, and necessary follow-ups.

· Maintain contractual record, review the agreement template and contract terms on regular basis base on customer requirement.

· Formulate new business case to meet customers’ requirement and deepen the relationship with stakeholders.

· Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers to drive retention and up-selling.

· Execute business planning, logistics solution developing and promotional strategies with new technology.

· Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to shape sales strategies.

· Prepare monthly reports for management review.

Requirements

· Degree holder in Business/ Marketing /Communication or related disciplines

· 5+ years relevant experience in sales, marketing or customer services field.

· Experience in Medical and Healthcare Sector is definitely an advantage.

· Prior working experience in Logistics or Supply Chain industry is definitely an advantage but not necessary.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese

· Strong business senses and problem-solving skills

· Good team player with excellent communication & presentation skills, creative and well-organized

· Energetic, aggressive, able to work independently and meet deadlines.

· Less experienced candidate will be considered as Assistant Manager
