This comprehensive programme offers hands-on experience across operations, customer service, and business management whilst developing essential leadership skills.
**Job Description**
• Rotate through various F&B departments to gain comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, kitchen management, and customer service delivery
• Assist in daily operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control processes
• Support senior management in implementing new initiatives, analysing performance metrics, and developing improvement strategies
• Lead small teams during peak periods and contribute to staff training and development programmes
**Job Requirements**
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages advantageous in Singapore's multicultural environment
• Demonstrated leadership potential through internships, volunteer work, or extracurricular activities
• Passion for the F&B industry with willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
