**Job Description**
• Rotate through various F&B departments to gain comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, kitchen management, and customer service delivery
• Assist in daily operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control processes
• Support senior management in implementing new initiatives, analysing performance metrics, and developing improvement strategies
• Lead small teams during peak periods and contribute to staff training and development programmes
**Job Requirements**
