Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include managing financial reporting, analyzing key performance metrics, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. The Finance Manager will also oversee cash flow management, cost control measures, and the preparation of financial statements, collaborating closely with various internal teams to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
• Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Data Interpretation, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience in Risk Management and understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Financial Software, and ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with technology sector finances is an added advantage.
