Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The Sales Executive will identify and prospect new business opportunities, manage an active sales pipeline, and build strong, long-term relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brand partners. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, presenting outdoor advertising solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating commercial terms within company guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams (operations, marketing, and finance) to ensure accurate campaign delivery, timely billing, and high client satisfaction. The Sales Executive will track performance against targets, maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system, and provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in advertising, media, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain solutions clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage multiple accounts, and follow through on commitments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working with sales targets, KPIs, and CRM tools, including maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities.
  • Good understanding of marketing and branding concepts, with interest in out-of-home or digital advertising trends.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the WP. Kuala Lumpur area and meet clients on-site as needed.
