We operate with a strong global footprint across the US, UK, Asia, and the UAE, supported by a team of seasoned investment professionals. As a fast-paced and performance-driven firm, we place strong emphasis on meritocracy, long-term alignment, and career progression, complemented by a competitive remuneration framework. Our team benefits from direct exposure to global markets and meaningful opportunities for long-term growth.

Overview

The Finance Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day bookkeeping activities, and ensuring proper documentation of all company payments. The role requires strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting the company’s operational and compliance needs. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and join us right away.

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting and finance records across multiple entities.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports for multiple entities within the group.
  • Support statutory and regulatory compliance matters, including SST filings, tax submissions, and audit requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other relevant parties when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Immediate availability is an added advantage.
