As we continue to scale, we are expanding our partnership ecosystem, strengthening our brand presence, and executing go-to-market initiatives. We are also actively involved in project planning and pilot execution, while supporting the delivery of learning management systems (LMS) and software solutions as part of our training and capability-building offerings.

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid internship role located in the Greater Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Project Intern to support both marketing activities and project execution across our various initiatives. This role is ideal for students interested in marketing, communications, AI, business development, and project management. You will actively participate in brainstorming sessions, assist in documentation, and provide administrative support to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media content and marketing materials across multiple channels.
• Support branding initiatives, campaigns, and community engagement efforts.
• Assist with event planning, webinars, and stakeholder communications.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate project timelines, documentation, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
• Experiment with AI tools for content creation, client proposals, and workflow optimization.
• Apply AI-enabled techniques (e.g., prompt engineering) to marketing, content, and project management tasks.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and supporting materials.
• Support partnership development and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Assist in the execution of events, including vendor coordination, logistics management, and on-ground support.
• Contribute to the delivery of long-term projects and month-long programmes involving multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Requirements

• Pursuing or having recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (Fresh graduates awaiting convocation and final-year students are encouraged to apply.)
• Prior internship or voluntary experience is a plus but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok).
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment, with the discipline to manage work schedules and provide regular progress updates.
• Interest in AI, innovation, and digital transformation.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E 3, OpusClip, Genspark, Gamma, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Experience supporting event management activities, including timeline management, vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, creation of event materials, and on-site operations, is preferred.
