About the role

As a Rituals Advisor (Retail) at the Valiram Group, you will be a key member of our dynamic retail team, delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales within our Rituals stores. This full-time role is based in Singapore, offering you the opportunity to be part of a leading luxury retail group.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our Rituals stores
2. Demonstrating and educating customers on our Rituals product range, ensuring they have a positive and memorable shopping experience
3. Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective product recommendations and outstanding customer engagement
4. Maintaining the visual merchandising and presentation of the store to the highest standards
5. Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
6. Contributing to the overall success of the store through active participation in team meetings and initiatives

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or hospitality role, preferably within the luxury or beauty industry
2. A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse customer base
4. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation
5. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
6. A positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude
