About the role
As a Rituals Advisor (Retail) at the Valiram Group, you will be a key member of our dynamic retail team, delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales within our Rituals stores. This full-time role is based in Singapore, offering you the opportunity to be part of a leading luxury retail group.
What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our Rituals stores
- Demonstrating and educating customers on our Rituals product range, ensuring they have a positive and memorable shopping experience
- Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective product recommendations and outstanding customer engagement
- Maintaining the visual merchandising and presentation of the store to the highest standards
- Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Contributing to the overall success of the store through active participation in team meetings and initiatives
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or hospitality role, preferably within the luxury or beauty industry
- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse customer base
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- A positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude
