Morgan McKinley Hiring! Full Time Operations Analyst (Digital Asset) in - Ricebowl

Our client is a regulated digital asset custody firm.

This Operation Analyst will be seated at their Singapore office. You will play an active role in process improvement and product testing—gaining hands-on exposure to digital asset custody infrastructure that is incredibly rare and highly sought after in the current market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict compliance, maintaining meticulous records and supporting ongoing regulatory reporting requirements.
• Perform daily asset and fiat reconciliations, ensuring high accuracy and the timely resolution of any breaks.
• Reconcile staking reward information, ensuring completeness and accuracy across all relevant institutional accounts.
• Support new product enhancements, including ensuring off-exchange settlement processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Execute and oversee daily BAU operational checks and controls in line with strict compliance and asset security frameworks.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of operational workflows.
• Participate in product testing for new and enhanced custody solutions, developing a deep, technical understanding of the firm's product suite.

Requirements:

• Degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) preferred
• At least 1 year of working experience within the financial services industry
• Demonstrate interest in digital assets and/or blockchain
• Strong familiarity with reconciliation processes and comfortable handling complex financial data.
