We are seeking an experienced Automation & Digitalization Manager to lead smart manufacturing initiatives and drive Industry 4.0 transformation within a precision manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the factory automation and digitalization roadmap
• Lead automation, controls, vision, and digital engineering teams
• Drive automation projects from concept through implementation and handover
• Oversee automation equipment, robotics, PLC/HMI systems, machine vision, and smart factory solutions
• Lead digitalization initiatives including MES, OEE monitoring, predictive maintenance, machine connectivity, and IoT integration
• Improve productivity, process stability, quality, and equipment performance through automation
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity best practices
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, IT, and external vendors to deliver successful projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial automation, digitalization, or Industry 4.0 environments
• At least 3 years of leadership or people management experience
• Strong knowledge of automation systems, robotics, PLC/HMI programming, motion control, and machine vision
• Experience with MES, IoT platforms, machine connectivity, data analytics, and smart factory technologies
• Understanding of industrial networking, cybersecurity, and system integration
• Experience in precision manufacturing, semiconductor, medical devices, or other high-tech manufacturing environments is preferred.
