Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Sri Hartamas. The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales & Marketing team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

The role involves maintaining sales records, following up on customer requests, monitoring order progress, and supporting sales activities. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Purchasing, Design, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate communication with customers. This position also includes basic sales administration, customer relationship management, and support for sales reporting and business development initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales coordination and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Good organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to prepare quotations, process orders, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in furniture, interior design, or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
