Responsibilities

  • Production planning and production schedule control; Make comprehensive balance of production plan, make reasonable arrangement on various resources that help to reduce manufacturing cost, improve production efficiency.
  • Control the integrity of the production plan corresponding to the order, be responsible for arranging and formulating the Job order number and required WIP completion date according to the requirements of the production task or order and send them to all functional departments and production units.
  • Responsible for issuing monthly and weekly guiding production plans, implementing item by item and monitoring the implementation process by adopting the method of project management.
  • Production capacity statistics and abnormal production record report.
  • Inventory control of finished and semi-finished products, timely adjustment of production plan, guarantee the delivery of major projects, timely feedback of problems
  • Change report of order delivery, review of orders, arrangement and confirmation of sample making before production, progress of material supply, process organization and arrangement, and follow-up and implementation of quality status of each link of production. According to the completion of the production plan, purchase material supply situation, reasonable adjustment of the production plan to achieve the shipment requirements.
  • Complete the work assigned by the superior.
  • Responsible to understand and comply to related Environmental Management System and Occupational Safety and Health Management System requirements.
  • Cooperate with employer with regard to environmental, safety and health at workplace.


Job Requirements / Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Planning & Execution, data analysis, customer focus, collaboration and decision making.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a planning role.
  • Candidate with experience in using Oracle/SAP will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all different levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to solve problems and work independently.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and high-quality output.
  • Ability to work efficient and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment.
