CMA CGM is seeking ambitious and analytical graduates to join FUSE – Finance Undergraduates for Shipping Excellence, our flagship 24-month rotational graduate program designed to develop the next generation of Finance professionals and future business leaders. Through structured rotations, mentorship, and hands-on experience, you'll build the technical, analytical, and commercial capabilities required to succeed in a complex international business environment.

About FUSE

FUSE has been specifically designed to develop graduates into well-rounded finance professionals through exposure to key finance disciplines and business operations.

Over 24 months, you will:

Rotate through multiple Finance functions including:

• Finance & Tax
• Business Control
• Treasury

Gain practical experience in:

• Financial analysis and reporting
• Business partnering
• Process improvement
• Controls and governance
• Financial planning and decision support

Participate in:

• Structured onboarding and immersion
• On-the-job learning
• Mentorship from experienced finance leaders
• Skills workshops and e-learning
• Regular sponsor check-ins and development reviews

Build the competencies required for progression into a Senior Analyst, Finance role upon successful completion of the program.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for graduates who demonstrate:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
• First Class or Second Upper qualification preferred
• No more than 2 years of full-time working experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High learning agility and curiosity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excel proficiency and confidence working with data
• Interest in systems, automation, and process optimisation
• Resilience, maturity, and a proactive mindset
• Long-term career aspirations within CMA CGM
