We're Hiring: Learning & Organizational Development Manager

About the Role

As our Learning & Organizational Development Manager, you will lead the strategic design, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives that enhance employee performance and support business objectives. You will work closely with leaders and stakeholders across the organization to build capabilities, strengthen leadership, and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

Identify organizational learning and development needs

Design, implement, and evaluate impactful learning strategies and programs

Develop leadership development and skills enhancement initiatives

Manage the learning and development budget effectively

Lead the implementation and optimization of a Learning Management System (LMS)

Partner with internal stakeholders and external training providers to deliver high-quality

learning experiences

Drive a culture of continuous learning, employee growth, and organizational excellence

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development,

preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry

Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs aligned with business goals

Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning technologies, and data

analytics tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels

Proactive, adaptable, and agile in a fast-paced business environment
