BGC Group Hiring! Full Time Finance Executive in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We're looking for a detail-oriented finance professional with Finance certification background or experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and shared services. You will have the opportunity to manage Malaysia and/or Singapore accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable

• Prepare and issue invoices and credit notes accurately and in a timely manner
• Record and reconcile customer receipts
• Resolve billing discrepancies and unallocated payments
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and support collection activities
• Prepare SST/GST submissions

Accounts Payable

• Process vendor invoices and employee claims accurately and on time
• Perform payment clearing and cash flow projections
• Prepare vendor reconciliations and ensure liabilities are properly recorded

General Finance Functions

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
• Support internal and external audits
• Escalate unresolved issues promptly
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Participate in finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
• Experience in full-set accounting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle operational issues and solve problems effectively
• Knowledge of invoicing, collections, and payment processes
• Experience in shared services or business process outsourcing is an advantage
• Knowledge of Singapore accounting and tax regulations will be an added advantage
