Senior CNC Engineer (Track: Mechanical/ Electrical/ Process)

1) Senior CNC Mechanical Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design and development of CNC machines and automation equipment.
• Develop overall machine structure concepts, technical solutions, and optimization plans.
• Design key mechanical components, including transmission systems, spindle structures, fixtures, and precision motion mechanisms.
• Participate in new product development, machine upgrades, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Improve machine stability, precision, and production efficiency.
• Review mechanical drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with production, process, electrical, and service teams to resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support and communication for customers and project teams.
• Establish and improve mechanical design standards and engineering procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Design, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in CNC machine or automation equipment mechanical design.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machine structures, machining processes, and assembly principles.
• Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, UG NX, or similar design software.
• Ability to independently lead technical projects and solve engineering problems.
• Experience in precision machinery or automation equipment is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

2) Senior CNC Electrical Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical control system design for CNC machines and automation equipment.
• Develop electrical schematics, control cabinet layouts, and automation solutions.
• Program and optimize PLC, HMI, servo systems, and motion control systems.
• Support machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.
• Analyze and resolve complex electrical and automation issues.
• Develop electrical BOMs, technical documents, and operating manuals.
• Establish electrical design standards and improve engineering processes.
• Coordinate with mechanical, process, production, and customer teams during project execution.
• Support new product development and intelligent manufacturing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in CNC machine or industrial automation electrical design.
• Strong experience with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Fanuc, or similar PLC/control systems.
• Familiar with servo systems, industrial communication protocols, and motion control technology.
• Ability to independently complete electrical design and on-site commissioning.
• Proficient in EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar software.
• Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.

3) Senior CNC Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC machining processes for precision components.
• Define machining workflows, cutting parameters, tooling solutions, and fixture concepts.
• Lead new product trial production, process validation, and mass production introduction.
• Analyze and resolve machining quality, efficiency, and yield issues.
• Improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs through process optimization.
• Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and technical standards.
• Provide technical guidance and training to operators and technicians.
• Work closely with design, quality, and production teams to ensure project success.
• Conduct process feasibility analysis and customer technical support when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, CNC Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of CNC machining process engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining centers, precision machining, and multi-axis machining processes.
• Familiar with tooling selection, fixture design, and machining optimization.
• Proficient in Mastercam, UG NX, PowerMill, or similar CAM software.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in manufacturing environments.
• Good project management and cross-functional communication skills.
